As many of you know, Mom went into the hospital Monday morning. She was admitted into ICU in Charlotte due to elevated blood sugar and high blood acid levels. Although she is in a regular room now, she is still having problems with keeping her blood sugar at a normal level. It continues to spike and then drop. Her blood pressure is better than the day they brought her in. Ryan, Jaxon, and I are here in Charlotte and helping anyway we can. My brother and his family also joined us here. Today I was able to sit down with the doctor at the hospital and had a great conversation. I voiced my concerns about her short-term memory and confusion. I mentioned that I felt that this went beyond her problems controlling her diabetes. Her doctor was great and now will have a neurologist consultation and a brain MRI. They are starting her from scratch with her insulin intake and her diet. This has been scary and we are determined to get to the bottom of what is going on with her. Mom will remain in the hospital at least until Friday but will probably end up staying over the weekend. Please keep Mom in your prayers and also pray for us that we ask all the questions we need to in order to get Mom the help she needs.

Also, in case you haven't heard, we continue to ask for prayers for Jacob, Amanda, Adah, and Noah Henderson. Little Noah is undergoing some serious health tests. We are asking that you specifically pray for miracles and complete healing. We ask God that his body is clean of anything that can harm him. Noah and his family are in God's hands, so ask God to have mercy and heal this sweet boy!
